While trying to figure it out, Rex and Mr. Potato Head get into an argument over it. Mr. Potato Head wants to send cookies, but Rex wants to send dumbbells. Woody soon intervenes to calm things down, but the two continue to fight. Hamm manages to successfully stop the argument by introducing a Priority Mail flat rate box. By using the box, if it fits then it ships for a low rate price. After Hamm introduces the box, the toys see the USPS ad on the tv. They all seem to think it's a good idea. Soon Slinky pops up to see what everyone's doing, but Hamm doesn't take it too lightly and asks "Shouldn't that dog be on a leash?"
